Returning an Order

While we anticipate you loving your purchase, we realize that sometimes it just wasn’t what you were looking for. We will gladly accept returns received within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus our original shipping/handling cost. Orders returned outside of the 14 day window are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus our original shipping/handling cost. Returned items must be in new condition, in original packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. All sales are final after 30 days.

Cancelling an order

Orders over $1000, will be assessed a 3% cancellation fee. Orders that have already been shipped can be returned for a refund, minus our original outbound shipping cost and less the 5% fee mentioned above.
